This is an advertisement for a full-time research coordinator position at the Wharton People Analytics Initiative, working with Professors Adam Grant, Angela Duckworth, Cade Massey, and Matthew Bidwell and our interdisciplinary research team (see posting here). The start date for this position will be in June of 2018. The position is ideal for individuals with an interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in business, economics, or social sciences seeking to gain greater familiarity and experience with research before applying to graduate schools.
Job responsibilities will include:
- developing and implementing research designs, data collection methods, and strategies for data management
- collaborating with outside agencies and institutions
- managing and coordinating significant multi-site research projects
