We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to join the Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) at the University of Pennsylvania, to start in June 2023.
BCFG is led by Professors Katy Milkman, Angela Duckworth and an interdisciplinary team of over 160 world-renowned economists, computer scientists, doctors, and psychologists. BCFG specializes in conducting large-scale field experiments designed to promote sustained behavior change. We have formed partnerships with some of the world’s largest organizations to reach millions of their customers and students.

Research Assistant
The Research Assistant will work on the analysis of field data from a wide variety of settings and assist with the implementation and management of field experiments on behavior change. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain more research experience before applying to graduate programs in behavioral science or related fields.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A background in Economics, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or Behavioral Science is preferred. The ideal candidate will have taken classes on econometrics and be proficient in either STATA or R, and comfortable working on UNIX servers. The anticipated start date for this position is June 2022.
