The Economic Studies Program at the Brookings Institution is conducting two exciting recruitments, for positions starting in summer 2023. Each year we employ approximately fifteen research assistants for two year appointments, preferably beginning between June 1 and August 1, 2023.

The Brookings Tax Policy Center is seeking a research assistant or research analyst. 

The Hutchins Center for Fiscal and Monetary Policy is recruiting for a research assistant.

Applicants for Research Assistant positions should have a Bachelor’s degree by summer 2023 in Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Public Policy, or other Social Sciences with a minor in Economics.

Research Analysts should have a Master’s degree and one year of job experience or a BA with two years of highly relevant Research Analysts job experience

All applicants will need to submit a cover letter, resume, two letters of recommendation, and an unofficial transcript.

The application deadline is February 21, 2023.
