A paid summer internship with the IMF is the optimal opportunity for young economists to learn about our mission, our work, and to collaborate on research with leading economists. Our flagship summer intern program (the FIP) is particularly insightful for Ph.D students of macroeconomics contemplating the IMF’s Economist Program following graduation.
We would welcome applications from your Ph.D. and Master’s students in macroeconomics who are within 1-2 years of graduation, to the FIP, and would be grateful to you for forwarding this notice of the January 6 deadline to them.
