Are you a grad student, postdoc, or RA looking to engage with your community while honing your science communication skills? Columbia University Neuroscience Outreach (CUNO) invites you to join one of our outreach programs!
We are a volunteer organization dedicated to sharing neuroscience with the public via visits to local schools, collaborations with libraries, interactive open houses on campus, and much more. We plan events, develop curriculum, and work with students and adults of all ages to share our scientific passions outside of academia.
If any of these initiatives interest you, CUNO is hosting an info session where you can learn more about how to get involved. Our exec team will be present to introduce our programs, describe our volunteer opportunities, and get to know you. Food and drinks will be provided!
When: Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 7pm
Where: The Education Lab on the first floor of JLG
Please RSVP here to help us get an accurate headcount. If you can’t attend but still want to stay in touch with CUNO, sign up for our email list here. We hope to see you soon!
