The pandemic has left nonprofits across the country struggling to recruit volunteers, but demand for their services is at an all-time high. Columbia Students in Social Impact, a partnership between 5 pre-professional student groups across all 4 schools, is hosting a Virtual Day of Service to help local and national organizations before the holiday season. Each virtual project takes about 1.5 hours, and volunteers will have the opportunity to meet and network with nonprofit leaders on the day of the event. CISI is seeking volunteers to take on projects in the following fields:
- Marketing/ Social Media
- Web/ Graphic Design
- Video Production
- Data Analysis/ Visualization
- Resource Mapping
- Policy Research
- Volunteer Management
- Translation
