The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy invites applications for the C. Lowell Harriss Dissertation Fellowship Program, which is designed to support doctoral students who are writing dissertations in fields that address the following areas of interest:

Valuation and Taxation
Planning and Urban Form

This fellowship program, named for the Columbia University economist and longtime member of the Lincoln Institute board, provides an important link between the Lincoln Institute’s educational mission and its research objectives by supporting scholars early in their careers.

.Applications are due by email on or before March 1, 2019 by 6:00 p.m. (EST).
