The American Council on Education’s (ACE) research team has opened a call for applications for the 2019-2020 ACE Graduate Research Associate (GRA) Program.  The GRA program is designed to provide master’s students, doctoral students, and recent graduates with an opportunity to gain real-world experience, conducting research to inform both policy and practice from within a leading national higher education association.  GRAs spend 9 to 12 months in DC working with the research team to produce a variety of original research papers, issue briefs, and convenings. ACE also hosts a variety of professional development opportunities for GRAs throughout the year. The GRA position is a paid, 35 hours per week position, with the option to work a compressed schedule which generally allows GRAs to work four days a week and dedicate the fifth day to working on their dissertations or publications.

You will find a link to the application portal here. We have also attached a full description of the program, including application requirements and deadlines.  Please share this with any current students or recent graduates who you think would be interested and let them know that Jon Turk, who oversees the program, would be happy to answer any questions.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know at aceinternship@acenet.edu.

Sincerely,
ACE Research Team
