A New York-based real estate firm is seeking a PhD student in Economics with a background in econometrics and statistics who can perform statistical analysis on NYC housing data, compare returns of rental and commercial real estate, and analyze capital appreciation and dividends in relation to stock bonds and inflation-adjusted returns. Additionally, the student in this position would analyze demographic data by zip code. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
