We invite PhD students to apply for GSAS Fellowships in Academic Administration. Fellows are embedded in host offices across the university, where they gain valuable professional experience, learn new skills, and expand their professional networks. Fellows spend up to ten hours per week on projects with their host office, participate in professional development workshops, and receive a $2,500 stipend.

- Columbia College and Columbia Engineering, Office of Student and Family Support (SAFS)
- Institute for Comparative Literature and Society (ICLS)
- MA/MSc in International & World History Program
- School of General Studies, Office of Academic Affairs
- Society of Fellows/Heyman Center for the Humanities (SOF/Heyman)
To be eligible, candidates must be in years three through seven of an Arts and Sciences doctoral program. The deadline to apply is Sunday, January 12, 2025.
