We have an immediate opening for a research assistant (RA) position in the Richmond Fed research department. This is a full-time, two-year position for candidates who recently completed their undergrad degree; it should be particularly interesting to someone considering an academic career in economics. Start date is during Fall 2023.

We will consider applicants graduating in December, for a start date of January 2024, but will give priority to candidates who are able to start in the Fall of 2023.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders, since sponsorship or practical training extensions are not available for this position.
