Pol Antràs, Robert G. Ory Professor of Economics at Harvard University, will lead a brief informational session on recent advancements in global value chain research. The session will focus on new theoretical approaches, data sources, and econometric approaches that have been used to study global production; it will be of interest to graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, junior faculty, and anybody else interested in conducting research on trade and global value chains.
This session will be held next Thursday (April 9th) in IAB 707 from 2-3pm. Professor Antràs will then be lecturing as part of the IEG seminar series at 4:30pm in IAB 1512.
