Visiting Programs

The PER Visiting Programs bring leading researchers and scholars in economics to Columbia to present their recent work and ideas in a range of public formats and to serve as a resource for faculty and students. Visitors are selected to strengthen the Department’s research network and intellectual community.

Invitations are extended by Columbia faculty to distinguished guests for a one-week visit during the academic term. Participation in the program is by invitation only, and PER will not consider unsolicited applications.
