MIT Blueprint Labs is currently recruiting multiple Predoctoral Researchers!

Predocs work with MIT professors & affiliates on cutting edge research in education, health care, AI, and the workforce. This is a great opportunity for junior researchers considering a PhD in policy, inequality, economics, and related fields.

Blueprint Labs is a research lab based at the Department of Economics at MIT. Predocs are full-time staff members who work on 2-3 research projects in close collaboration with MIT professors Joshua Angrist, Parag Pathak, David Autor, and/or Nikhil Agarwal, as well as with researchers at other institutions, for about 2 years. Predocs will have the opportunity to work on leading-edge, policy-relevant research in a collaborative workplace environment.

Learn more and apply, and check out their recent blog post, which interviews current predocs for a glimpse into the day-to-day environment. If you have questions about the lab or the position, please email hiring@mitblueprintlabs.org.
