Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I am pleased to share that a Call for Applications to attend the Financial Literacy Research Boot Camp has just been issued. The June event is co-organized by Stanford University’s Initiative for Financial Decision-Making (IFDM) and the G53 Financial Literacy and Personal Finance Research Network. I serve as the director of Stanford’s IFDM and am co-founder and co-chair of the G53 Network.
I kindly request that you share this opportunity with PhD students, and if possible, with your broader community of postdocs, early-career researchers, and assistant professors. The boot camp is particularly well-suited for those interested in financial decision-making, financial literacy, financial education, household finance, and applied econometrics.
Below are key details which are elaborated upon in this link.
-
Dates: June 22–26, 2026
-
Location: Stanford University
-
Cost: The boot camp is free for participants, and reasonable travel costs will be covered.
Our inaugural boot camp, held in 2023, received high praise in the exit survey. We have continued to expand the program since then, incorporating valuable feedback from each cohort.
Thank you for your support in helping recruit applicants for the boot camp.
For questions, please reply to this email.
Warm regards,
Anna
