Regardless of the particular seminar you would like to take, you must register for GU4911 Section 0. To register for GU4911 Section 0, you must be a declared major in economics, financial economics or the joint major with math who will have fourth year standing in the upcoming semester and who has completed the prerequisites (UN3211, UN3213 and UN3412).
