The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) is now accepting applications for our highly competitive 2025 Wall Street Exchange (WSE) Professional Development and Leadership Program.

The Wall Street Exchange has been assisting young professionals in navigating the competitive financial job market for nearly 50 years. The Wall Street Exchange program is tailored for rising college seniors with a paid internship for the Summer of 2025 with a financial services company or a financial role at a non-financial services company. The WSE program does not engage in internship placement.

The 2025 Wall Street Exchange Program will be primarily virtual, with highly interactive and engaging workshops and webinars hosted by our partner firms. If circumstances permit, will host one or more events in person in New York City.

The program consists of a series of virtual workshops hosted by top firms and companies for professional and personal development as well as networking with industry professionals. Each year, the exact lineup of partner firms varies.

Past Wall Street Exchange Programs consisted of sessions hosted by:

  • Bank of Montreal Capital Markets
  • BNP Paribas
  • BNY Mellon (The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation)
  • Deloitte
  • DTCC (The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation)
  • Guardian
  • MUFG Bank (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group)
  • New York Life
  • PGIM (Formerly Prudential Investment Management)
  • Prudential
  • SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)
  • Stifel Financial Corp
  • UBS
  • Wells Fargo Advisors

Benefits of participation in WSE include:

Interested students should apply to the program as early as possible, even if they have not finalized their summer employment or internship plans. Proof of internship can be provided prior to the start of the program during the week of June 9, 2025.

Please feel free to share the Wall Street Exchange (WSE) opportunity with students, friends, or anyone who might benefit.
