Prof Navin Kartik is looking for an advanced undergraduate RA to assist with one or more projects in economic theory. The work can involve some combination of checking abstract mathematical proofs, running simulations, and symbolic mathematical computation. The ideal RA will have a strong math background, have taken a course in game theory, have experience with software like Matlab, Mathematica or similar, and be considering pursuing a PhD. The student selected for this RA position will be eligible for summer research funding from the department (see the Prizes announcement on the Economics Department Information page on this wiki for details).
