Typically our Summer Associates are PhD students in their 3^rd or 4^th years, and it’s a great opportunity for them to experience work in economic consulting for a few months. While we hire people with quantitative interests in virtually any economic field, typically our work is applied in nature and many of our employees have backgrounds in labor, development, IO, finance, environment, health economics, and applied econometrics/micro generally.
