The STAR program is a six-week program offered by the Statistics Department during Summer Session A (May 22 – June 30, 2023) for undergraduate students who are aspiring to become future researchers in statistics, data science, or a related field.

Applications are currently being accepted, and the deadline is March 26. The program is open to both Columbia and non-Columbia students, provides an opportunity to take a course at CU Summer School at no cost, a stipend for six weeks, skills-building workshops, and networking opportunities with Statistics graduate students, alumni and faculty.
