As a reminder, the deadline for submissions is approaching (see below for details).

The Carroll Round is an undergraduate international economics conference at Georgetown University, which provides a unique forum for the world’s best undergraduate students studying international economics and political economy to present and discuss their original research. At the conference, undergraduates will have an unparalleled opportunity to engage in an academic environment and converse with world-renowned economists in an intimate setting. We hold keynote lectures and events throughout the weekend to provide attendees with opportunities to hear from eminent economists. This year we are delighted to host two highly esteemed keynote speakers: Nobel Laureate and former Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the World Bank, Paul Romer, and Seth Stephens-Davidowtiz, New York Times op-ed contributor and former visiting lecturer at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, all the accepted papers will have the chance to be published in the Carroll Round Proceedings.

We are currently seeking journal-length articles to be submitted by a priority deadline of March 7th, 2020. We intend to release acceptances on a rolling basis ending March 23rd, 2020. We encourage all undergraduates conducting original research to submit their articles (though works in progress and detailed abstracts are also welcomed).
