The Comprehensive Income Dataset (CID) Project at the University of Chicago is hiring several pre-doctoral fellows for a two-year term beginning in Summer 2022. The location is flexible within the United States.

The CID Project seeks to improve our understanding of the economic well-being of the U.S. population by linking government surveys with an unprecedented set of tax records and administrative program data. Pre-doctoral fellows work closely with me and a team of Ph.D. researchers and graduate students in all stages of the research process—from building the CID to co-authoring papers submitted for publication in academic journals. Further details of the position and application instructions can be found here or on the CID Project website.
