The Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has launched a multi-year effort to strengthen its research group. It is seeking to hire a research assistant starting in the summer 2018. The position is a great opportunity for high-achieving students who will be graduating this spring to gain experience by working with Fed economists on rigorous research and critical policy work for a couple of years before moving on to graduate school. We are currently reviewing applications. A strong background in economics with solid skills in computer science and/or mathematics are required. Please encourage your interested, graduating seniors to apply.
