Jonathan Vogel Awarded 2012 Sloan Research Fellowship

The Department is proud to announce that Assistant Professor Jonathan Vogel has recently been named a 2012 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow. This prestigious fellowship is awarded to early-career scholars and researchers in recognition of their potential to have substantial impacts on their fields.

Professor Vogel's work is focused on the area of international trade, and in particular how reductions in trade barriers can account for increasing wage inequality, the ways in which technological progress affects production patterns and global supply chains.
