Emi Nakamura Awarded 2014 Sloan Research Fellowship

The Department is proud to announce that Associate Professor Emi Nakamura has recently been named a 2014 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow. This prestigious fellowship is awarded to early-career scholars and researchers in recognition of their potential to have substantial impacts on their fields.

Professor Nakamura's research is focused on industrial organization, international trade, and macroeconomics. She has already produced ground-breaking work in the nature and consequences of price rigidity, changes to the prices that firms charge for their products, and the effects of fiscal stimulus.
